"My previous insurance company kept creeping higher and higher, over the last several years it had doubled. Even though I have zero accidents, zero traffic violations, nothing had changed except the cost of my insurance getter higher. So I started price shopping, a family member told me about the deal they got with State Farm so I called them first. Phenomenal Agent. Professional, super nice, quoted me a price I couldn't pass up. About a third of what I had been paying. Now thats service."

"Misty Allen is without a doubt the best insurance agent I have ever done business with. I made a claim for my roof and it was so easy to work with state farm. The adjuster was great to work with. I found additional water damage that I didn't notice at first and when I reported it to the adjuster it was taken care of the same day. If I had a question and had to leave a message, I didn't have to wait long before I got a call back. I mean within minutes. I highly recommend Misty Allen, state farm office on 1st Avenue in Cleveland TN. For all your insurance needs. Did I mention the rates were the best out of two other places I checked. "I have been insured with Misty Allen State Farm for a couple of years now and they are great. They were very helpful in setting up my policies and keeping me informed on any changes coming so that I would be aware and also have time to review.
